Gelonghui May 8| Electric vehicle maker Fisker stopped production at its contract manufacturer factory in Austriaslotmachinecasinogames, the company has now applied for reorganization and court protection in the country. The reorganization application is similar to filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the United StatesslotmachinecasinogamesFisker warned that if additional financing cannot be found, the company will face bankruptcy. Fisker also officially halted Ocean EV production at its Graz plant in Austria. The automaker said that by applying to initiate a self-managed restructuring process, Fisker Austria gained breathing space to protect its business while engaging in strategic value-maximizing transactions or other asset sales. Under court protection, the company will continue to pay wages to its employees and sell and repair vehicles. Fisker's entities outside Austria are not included in the reorganization proceedings.
