Maiyue Technology (02501) issued an announcementxtremelightningroulette, the group, Contracting Party 1 and Contracting Party 2 entered into an investment cooperation intention agreement on May 22, 2024 to jointly invest, build and operate an artificial intelligence computing center industrial integration project in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China.
The project plan will be carried out in two phases. The first phase of construction will include infrastructure such as computing power centers, smart computing centers, and computing power platforms; the second phase will further expand the scale of computing power and build new relevant supporting facilities.
The agreement sets out the general terms of the project. The terms and conditions of the project have not yet been agreed by the parties. The project will be completed by a formal agreement signed by the contracting parties under the terms of the agreement.
