Gelonghui April 16| AMD on Tuesday released a series of personal computers for artificial intelligencekastkingsharkybaitfeederiii6000to expand its share in the lucrative artificial intelligence personal computer market. The company said its latest Ryzen PRO 8040 series is built for business notebook computers and mobile workstations, while the AMD Ryzen PRO 8000 series is a desktop processor for enterprise users. AMD said in a press release that the chips are expected to be available on HP and Lenovo platforms starting in the second quarter of 2024. AI-enabled personal computers are equipped with advanced chips that can run large language models and applications driven by the technology directly on the device rather than in the cloud.
